1. Services
SENASENA is a service that, based on the published benefit terms of the cards you register, calculates and shows which card is better before you pay, and organizes your spending and benefits using the payment records you enter yourself. SENA does not sell, broker, or advise on financial products, and does not solicit you to apply for any particular card.
ETTAETTA is a calendar service for managing events together with places and sharing calendars and events with others. You can add places to an event, see them on a map with directions, and find places in photos and text you attach.
2. Account
You sign up with an email address, and the same Packaging Team account logs you in to every service. Only you may use your account.
You can leave each service at any time from within it. What is deleted for each service follows the privacy policy.
3. Service-specific notes
SENA: nature of recommendations and data accuracy
Recommendations are estimates calculated from card issuers' official information organized in a common format and the spending you enter. Whether a benefit actually applies and its amount follow the issuer's terms and review criteria, and changes to issuer policies may not be reflected immediately.
Card benefit data may contain errors. If you find one, let us know through the report feature on the card page or at our contact address, and we will review and correct it.
ETTA: sharing and places
Anyone who receives a share link can see the event's title, date and time, and places even before logging in, and after joining can view and edit that calendar's events together. Send links only to the people you mean to. The calendar owner can renew the link to turn off the previous one or remove members.
"Find places in attachments" uses AI to read photos and text and suggest places, and results may be wrong or incomplete. Please check before adding them.
Maps and directions use Kakao Map, and routes and travel times follow Kakao Map's guidance.
Free users can use up to 2 shared calendars (created and joined) and "Find places in attachments" up to 3 times a month. Premium has no shared calendar limit and allows up to 50 place searches a month.
4. Paid subscriptions
Basic features are free. Premium is separate for each service and can be subscribed to monthly or yearly in the app through App Store or Google Play payment; prices are shown on the subscription screen. It cannot be purchased on the web.
A free trial may be available when you subscribe for the first time. The trial period and the amount charged after it ends are shown on the subscription screen, and unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it continues as a paid subscription.
Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price. You can cancel in your device's subscription settings, and you can keep using Premium until the end of the current period.
Payments, refunds, and billing follow the policies of the store you subscribed through, and refund requests are also made to that store. If you change devices or reinstall the app, log in with the same account and use Restore purchases to get it back.
Leaving a service does not automatically cancel your store subscription. Please cancel it first in your device's subscription settings.
5. Ads
Ads may be shown on the web to users who are not on Premium. Premium has no ads.
6. Limitation of liability
The services are not responsible for the outcome of decisions made with reference to their recommendations or information (such as a benefit not applying, exceeding a cap, falling short of a spending requirement, or mistakes about a meeting place or time).
The services may change or be discontinued, and we will notify you in advance if this affects a paid subscription.
7. Changes and contact
If these terms change, we will notify you in the service 7 days before the effective date.
